Everything your gym needs
ApexFit brings members, memberships, classes, attendance and payments into a single place. What separates it from a spreadsheet is not that it tidies up the past but that it looks ahead: a member's attendance falls away weeks before their payment does, and ApexFit flags who to message while messaging them still helps.
What it does today
- A record for every member, with their membership, its state and its expiry date
- A warning 7 days before a membership expires, and a list of what has already lapsed
- Class scheduling with real capacity and a waiting list: when a spot frees up, the member who was waiting longest takes it
- The member books from their phone and gets in with a QR code, or the front desk checks them in
- Payment records: the member reports their transfer with a receipt and the front desk confirms it
- Workout and progress tracking, visible to the member and to whoever trains them
- A live dashboard of revenue, attendance and overdue accounts
