EduPro360

Coming soon

School management for Chile, built on compliance: a digital class book, assessment under Decreto 67, and student data handled the way Ley 21.719 requires.

  • Auditable digital class book, exportable in the EDE standard
  • Assessment rules configurable within Decreto 67
  • Monthly SIGE attendance filing with no manual correction
  • A family portal built to the same standard as the staff app
  • One operator, several schools, data isolated between them
  • Ley 21.719 by design: consent, access records and retention

A school system that can be audited

EduPro360 is educational management software for schools in Chile, aimed at the operator of one or several establishments — private, state-subsidised or municipal — and built around one idea: in a school, what separates a useful system from an expensive one is whether it holds up to an inspection.

Why compliance rather than coverage

A Chilean school is required to keep a class book under REX 30, to assess under Decreto 67, to file attendance with SIGE, and — from December 2026 — to handle children's data under Ley 21.719, which carries fines of up to 20,000 UTM. None of it is optional and all of it has a date.

The systems competing here are twenty years old and cover a great deal. What almost none of them offer is a position you can verify: who opened a student's record, which grade was changed and when, under what consent a medical record is held.

What the first version aims to solve

  • Digital class book: daily and per-period attendance, lesson log, assessments and conduct notes, with every entry, edit and deletion recorded — who, what, when and the previous value — and export in the EDE standard
  • Assessment under Decreto 67: scale, weightings and promotion rules configurable per school and versioned by school year, rather than a scale fixed in code
  • A first-class family portal: the same database and the same design system as the staff app, not a by-product on another subdomain
  • School life: conduct notes, guardian meetings and tutoring, tracked end to end
  • Multi-school networks: the operator is the tenant and each school an internal dimension, with data isolation verified by tests
  • Mobile first for teachers and families, and attendance that survives losing the connection

What it deliberately will not do

Payroll and teacher staffing, subsidy accounting and a learning platform are out of scope. They are different products with their own regulation, where the established systems have decades of head start. They get integrated, not imitated.

Status

In discovery. The product, the regulatory framework, the competitive benchmark and the architecture are defined; what is missing is the part no document can settle — interviews with real school operators to confirm the problem is worth paying to solve. Development starts if that phase gives a green light, so there is no public launch date yet.

If you run a school or a network and want to be part of that conversation, get in touch — at this stage listening is worth more than showing.
